I left cognizant couple of months back. But still in bench in the new org. I am not getting calls as well. Had attended one interview that too not related to my domain experience and got rejected. Now my question is can I rejoin cognizant. I have 10 years of experience.

At what point is too much prep?? I think reading about how grueling the Amazon interview process is has sent me into a spiral lol. Interview is tomorrow and can someone just tell me it really isn’t as bad as everyone says it is??! 😂😭

I'm working in CITi project since 17 months, premapped ro project so, not a single I was in bench til now. In this January they retained me with 70% hike :).
YOE - 5.6 years
Skills Set :- Java, Springboot, Microservices, SQL.

What all benefits I can get from LTi in next 6 months or so ?
Like Promotion to P3 and OnSite ?

Need some suggestions. I gave interview on Tuesday, will it be right to ask feedback tomorrow or should I wait till the end of week and then ask for feedback on Monday Morning. Today, I didn't got any response from them.

My project at a FAANG company completes the end of this month. Why is it so difficult to make the next career move within your OWN company. I have over 7 years of experience across multiple departments and yet an external company is more willing to give an interview to select roles than your own home company for the same role internally!!
