Hi — quick context: I had my R1 with EY GDS for the EYP-DM role. My R2 got scheduled but then cancelled.

A day later, HR called saying my profile is shortlisted and asked for my appraisal letter. CIS has also been triggered in parallel (I’ve completed it).

Does this mean things are firm from their end, or is this still part of the evaluation process?

I’m curious - let’s say you have a role to fill but they are targeting only female candidates to balance out the team. What recruiting strategies can i implement to meet those needs?
