Recently I am getting mails for Capgemini interview but it's just mentioned for global team.
What is that? I mean technology name is not mentioned in mail. Moreover global team means is this for any particular project or one might be in bench after they join?
I have tried to reach out to HR but she is not picking up my call.

Does this ever happened with anyone that your interview went very good and then also you got rejection mail from hr and unable to understand what when wrong. The same thing happened with me yesterday for coinswitch data engineer profile. Solved all the questions and actually gave some suggestions also , but today got rejection mail.😂😂

How many hours do you actually work at job and for interview preparation?

I gave 5 rounds in Kyndryl. Received email to fill form for background check which includes current org offer letter and pay slips. There was no discussion for salary and compensation.
When called HR.. both HRs are not receiving calls, neither responding emails.

Is there any advantage to telling a company you are interested in working for in the future where you decided to accept an offer from? Or does it not matter?
