Recently, I applied in LTIMindtree and over the portal status is showing "Offered" but i haven't received the offer letter yet. Hr is saying offer letter is pending for approval but it's been couple of days now and I am worried whether I will receive it or not.

Anyone has faced this situation? Kindly help or suggest.

2)The manager told me I have flexibility to choose 2-11 shift or work in morning as everyone is flexible here. What must I do officially to get that monthly shift allowance?

I may have a better offer which could be shared only next week as approvals are in process , which offers me wfh option and a little better package and my joining in the next company LTI is on 8th Nov, I am unable to push the joining date to buy some time as HR denied on the same , please suggest me how should I tackle this situation as I’m more interested to join the one giving WFH ? Does LTI change joining date , my issue is my notice period is 30 days remaining but due to some dependency it may be extended 10 to 15 days. What can I do in this situation ?
