HR negotiating with 19 (10 %) and she saying we will not give more than 80%from your current CTC even if you have offer 18.75fixed LPA with my native chennai location. pls help

my concern : bangalore expense is high

I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge.
