I am currently working at Tata Technologies, I got an offer from Persistent and HCL. I am not sure which to join.

On the other hand persistent HR is asking me to get an early release they are ready to buy out.

I have worked at both HCL and Persistent Systems.
Persistent is much better than HCL in most of the aspects - wlb, culture, higher mgmt is employee friendly, annual hikes, variable payout.
The only point where I found HCL better was onsite opportunities are more.

Both Persistent and HCL are among Top 10 IT companies listed on Indian stock exchange (market capitalisation/revenue).

looks not much job security in persistent.https://www.glassdoor.co.in/Reviews/Employee-Review-Persistent-Systems-RVW32698576.htm.
Hcl is having very good projects with latest technologies. Lot of options available with wfh ,onsite etc. only bad thing is yearly hike in hcl will be less around 5%.

Hi guys, I got an offer from x and i discussed that with my current. At 1st current said they can only give 30% increment. I said I can't stay with this cause i got 70% and expect at least 50%(as the 70% included VP and the current org don't have vp, they have bonus). Then they said they can do max 45%. I really wanted to stay here so I said okay to current. Then now hr called me and said they are matching the offer(no vp). What should I make out of it? What made them change their mind?

My husband having 12 yrs. exp currently holds two opportunities abroad at the moment. We r a family of three (husband, wife and a 1 yo)

One is a contract role (through a consultancy) in Australia with 100k annual pay.. Other one is an On-site opportunity in New Zealand through an WITCH company, not unsure of the pay right now. Their eventual plan is to settle abroad, preferably Australia
