For those that trade individual stocks, how do you keep your emotions out? I decided not to buy Wayfair last month due to past volatility (was looking for short term gains) and now kicking myself.

How concerned are you about inflation? We have 70% savings rate and 50% of our expenses are housing / utilities of which the largest part is rent which is a fixed contract (no CPI escalation, no automatic increases, paying same rent for 4 years). No car as we are living in a large city. So if I look at the components of CPI and what’s rising I am feeling pretty „good“ about it. The one thing I am „worried“ is asset inflation but obviously that benefits me directly. What am I missing?

Would you try to cash out refi and buy an investment property now; cash out and rent out your current place and buy a new primary or sell your current place and try to get buy a small investment and a new primary?

$WOOF will be (or already has) catching momentum soon. 25/30c for July/Sept could still profit off the rising IV and underlying might spike soon. Probably just gonna watch it for fun on the sidelines 😂

Is doing some courses from after market such as power bi ,sql etc will help me to raise my package or should i switch by upscaling my skill or without it as environment is toxic and they will not let me grow.kindly share your insight to help me choose better career path.
