When you get multiple offers, how do you reject the other offers?
I have been giving interviews and getting offers. Eventually, I have to select one :D. How do you politely decline the other offers?

Unfortunately, I am going to need to withdraw my employment. I apologize for this inconvenience, and I realize this puts the company in a challenging position to make a replacement.
I recently got an offer from the firm where the compensation benefits are on the substantially higher side. Let me know if there is any scope for renegotiations.
I am so sorry for any inconvenience my decision may cause.
I hope this doesn't diminish the opportunity for us to work together in the future.
P.S - You can remove the renegotiation part if you don't want and remember to be polite if they call you.
I just wrongly fabricated that I am being retained by my current employer with higher CTC and onsite opportunity..

In my career switching journey, I have observed that companies are more attracted towards engineers having counter offers to submit. Nowadays it is new normal, recruiters itself is saying " time being we are giving so and so ctc. During end of notice period if you have counter offer we will consider matching the existing offer with new offer." I think ghosting is the new normal, nobody cares.
Due to some urgent personal commitments I need to take leave for 3 or more months. Please let me know if it is ok for my reporting manager at your company.
My current company has agreed to this. So if it is not ok with you I will stay here.
