I am holding two offers one from LTI and another from JPMC. Which one should I go with, LTI is offering 5% more salary then JPMC... Confused which one will help me for future.

Why does fractional real estate have such a bad reputation? For context, have about 2 million saved plus house worth another million. Early 40’s. Generally follow FIRE, but being cooped up for covid has been tough, and wanna buy a fractional out west at Jackson Hole, where I’d love to go skiing every year....so I have something to look forward to. I’ve worked at places that all have different holiday policies. EA has at minimum a nice 10 day shutdown from Christmas Eve through New Years. It’s great to know that there will be no slack messages or an exploded inbox to come back to while away. I’ve been at other studios that only give you Christmas Eve & Day and New Years Eve & Day and then the rest is up to you to request for PTO and this is obviously the suck.

Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

I recently joined Swiss Re at 30lpa, pretty good manager and work culture. Got a hike of 10% in 3 months without me asking for it.
