I got a job offer for what seems to be a great company but I’m not sure if I would have the same life balance. I started interviewing as a way to see my worth in the industry. My current role is at a small company, and I’m not sure how I could grow within the role because Im not advancing my skill, I just do the same thing every day at a lower level. I like my current role because it’s flexible and I’m paid well for not doing very much work. Should I switch to a more rigorous job?

What are most Dialysis Techs getting paid in the southwest Ga area. I think I should be getting more than what I got considering I’m also and EMT!
