I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet,wfo,forceful mandatory trainings,imposing strict restrictions on laptop,access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work.But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

38–40 fixed for a 602 role with 9+ YOE is not unrealistic at JPMC, especially if your skillset is niche/high-demand. Don’t undersell initially. HR usually expects negotiation. Try anchoring at 40 fixed and see where they land.
Joining bonus sometimes possible if they really want the candidate increments are decent but not Big4-style rapid hikes unless you switch teams/promote internally. Promotions can take time depending on org and manager visibility. WLB is usually better than consulting, but depends heavily on team/project.
Also remember at JPMC, brand value + stability + benefits + WLB often compensate for slightly lower hikes later. So negotiate well at entry itself because correction later is slower.
Given your current 26 LPA (23 fixed + 3 variable), quoting 38–40 fixed is aggressive but still defendable for 9+ YOE.
