Hi Team, I have resigned from Genpact, my project wants to release me in 2 weeks but the HR says I need to pay notice period recovery if I want early release. She says it'll be one of 3 cases 1. Project releases me and I pay np recovery amount. 2. Rmg will try to tag me in some other project for remaining days of np. 3. I will serve remaining days of np on bench. Has anyone faced this? When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.

I keep hearing that Booth’s MBA program is rigorous (maybe the most rigorous out of M7). That said, how much more work are students expected to do compared to HBS, Wharton, Kellogg, etc.? I don’t know if this is an outdated opinion, considering a lot of MBAs are very demanding. Booth is personally my top choice for having a flexible curriculum & 2-3 days of classes. But I really want to know what to expect around the “rigorous” label. Does it mean I’ll be buried in coursework the other 2-3 days?
