I have around 7.2 years of experience and currently hold an offer from EY GDS with a fixed CTC of 29 LPA. My DOJ is 29th Apri on 17th , I shared a counter request to match another offer of 32 LPA ), but I haven’t received any response yet.
Since the joining date is approaching, I want to ensure I give sufficient time for any internal approvals to hr. Could you please advise if the counter offer is being considered in ey? Also, when would be the right time to follow up on this

Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.

Did i do the right thing?

I have requested my HR for a revised joining date by 1 week at PwC as my last working day at my current company and PwC was colliding.
The HR assured me of an addendum letter but so far after 2 weeks I haven't received anything as such.

Is there anyone who has also extended his/her joining in PwC ? If yes pls reply

I recived mail from Deloitte USI HR requesting my last 3 months pay slips and filled CTC data sheet and Aadhar, PAN. Does this mean i got through or selected ? I didn't recieve any formal communication whether i am selected or not.
