Hi there! I wanted to share my recent experience with my last job at a local restaurant. I started at the bottom then quickly became manager only to be demoted within the month for absolutely no reason. I was devastated. Months later I get fired for absolutely no reason, over some teenage drama I played no part in. The owner, my boss, well there's a special place for her... how do I get justice? I was essentially bullied and humiliated in ways I've never experienced. I believe it's my age. Help!

I’m a new analyst at a PE firm, and my associate keeps blaming me for things she does wrong. Like she will tell me I made the wrong change, even though she is the one who changed it. Or in calls with other people, she won’t take responsibility for things that she told me to do that the other person calls out as wrong. How can I handle this situation without making her mad but also not letting her step all over me?

You have to do so much of it, and it's so annoying. You have to cite your sources, but there are so many different formats for citations! And then sometimes you don't even know how to cite something, and how are you supposed to know that unless you ask someone who knows? And even then, they might not be sure whether it should be an in-text citation or a footnote…

I feel like working from home has been the death of my dating life. I used to at least go on 4 dates a month, and I was casually seeing a guy for a while.
