Hi there, I’m about to have an interview at a large tech company (similar to that of google and Facebook but more software driven), and I was curious about what the salary range can be like for an in-house agency producer (mid-level).

Glassdoor is saying it could anywhere between $100k-$140k per year at their competitor companies. That’s such a wide range and I’m not sure how accurate that is. Does anyone have a better idea of what to expect?

So far I received offers from PwC India, Capgemini and Lexmark for Data Engineering.

More are in pipeline from KPMG GS, TechM, Accenture.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

I work at a mid tier firm in an audit group of ~20 people. We’ve recently had two seniors and a manager leave, and I just found out another senior with a ton of big jobs is leaving in three weeks. I also just found out I’m being promoted to senior with a raise of 10%. In light of all these departures though, I kind of want to ask for more.... should I? And what % raise is appropriate? Current CTC: 7.7 lpa
Offered in company A: 12.30 lpa(all fixed) no probation period
Offered in company B: 11.70 lpa (9% fixed variable every six month) 6 months probation

I found out B's appraisal are slightly better than A's
Confused which should I join ?
