Hi there! Recently I ve started working on a project that we require to build a CRM to improve the customer experience. The Salesforce team told us that every Salesforce instance needs a Salesforce admin. My manager asked me if I want to get Salesforce certified and become the Salesforce admin for our instance. The question is: is it worth it? In the future i see myself as a Technical Program Manager, will this certificate help me somehow long term?

I have just started my journey in Salesforce and I have started working on Salesforce Vlocity. Order management to be specific. I wanted to know what are the opportunities and what kind of job market is there in Salesforce/Vlocity.

BP: 23 Lpa + 1L joining bonus with 1 year lock in ( location : pune)
Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)
Shell: 26 lpa ( final offer being rolled out)location : bangalore

Please advice which company would have a good growth story and work life balance....

Airbus looks attractive but have heard some very harsh reviews on work life balance.

1. Number of implementation projects done.
2. Work experience on S4 Hana.

And if I don't have atleast any one of these, I will not be considered.

Is it really that important ?

Being joined as a fresher - Is it really something that I can decide whether to be in support or implementation project ?

Is upgrading of ECC to S4 Hana in my hands ? And the difference is really that vast ?

Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

Fellow introverts...can I only advance in my career if I take on a leadership role? The thought of this terrifies me.
