When I look for the part time roles I only find shady MLM and some delivery jobs. Nothing wrong in delivery jobs, but I am more inclined towards WFH role as me and my wife are pregnant.

Why accenture is doing onboarding month before joing date? Is it one of the strategy of accenture not to loose candidates? Mostly candidates will get offers during thier last 2 weeks in NP.
