Joined ZS about 10 months ago as a BTSA. I had a few questions about ZS bonuses and raises.

1) I read somewhere that we get a work anniversary bonus, is it something that everyone gets, on their 1st anniversary as well?

2) Do we get the mid-year raise, every year? Any % range from your experience, would be helpful.

Planning to join OFSS as I will work in product development team and can work in any shift timings with WFH.

Today I had my 2nd round interview with EY GDS and got rejected.
Do I need to worry about this and feel low?
Could EY GDS would have been better instead of OFSS?
