Genpact 36 fixed, 5.4 variable, 4 lakh joining bonus + 4 lakh deferred income plan.
I won't have to relocate for PWC, hence, inclined towrads PWC AC. Genpact needs relocation. What should i do? YOE : 8.5 years, Role: Strategy related in both.

I have heard culture of PWC isn't nice, is that correct?

The position is pretty much generalist, but I get the impression I'd be working mostly on SaaS and partnership transactions. I definitely think I would like the transactional work better, but I am concerned about the long-term earning potential vs. partnership. How common is it to eventually make $400k+ in-house/how difficult is it to transition back to a firm? Thanks!

I recently joined Swiss Re at 30lpa, pretty good manager and work culture. Got a hike of 10% in 3 months without me asking for it. But got an offer from another company which I was interviewing for before joining here and they are offering a base of 45lpa. Now I am unsure how I convey this to my manager coz I want to stay here but at the same time I am salivating over this new offer and wish I get similar numbers here. Is it worth raising a discussion?
