I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts/advice on the following - if a motion to vacate final default judgment based upon improper service is denied, can a subsequent motion to vacate based upon excusable neglect then be filed? Or at that point just pay the judgment?

My first time applying and getting an offer for a job posting without a salary on it, aka non-government job. $21k below what I currently make and $3k below the minimum I told them- I went for a job with a bigger title and more responsibility. According to the new Wage Rules, are companies giving Basic Salary as 50% of fixed Pay? Should we ask HR of our current company or the next company to actually do the same? Or the rule isn't a mandate and it's upon companies to follow it ?
