Hii so i also cleared the technical and behaviour round and same as all submitted all the documents and it was friday and the HR told me she will give me the offer letter on saturday the next day . And on saturday she told me that I will recieve it on Monday . Now i read all the reviews here . Really will i get the offer letter on Monday ? Has the process of hiring improved ?

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I had technical and behavioral interview today at Deloitte Canada for visual analytics and information design position.
In technical round there was a case study to create visual data sheet and present it to technical round.

It went good they asked couple of questions and showed that at some point it lacks of continuity and rest thing is good. I have been told we will discuss and send details to HR and you will get update within few days. What are the chances that they can hire me ?
