Now a days, I am getting more calls.But problem is HR will collect all the details in the prescreening round.But some getting rejected due to NP issue and some they are not even schedule for interviews also even though my ECTC is 22lpa for 9 years.Even in referals also interviews are not getting scheduled.Here in the forum people says 30lpa is minimum to survive or good life in Bangalore.Sadly no luck is going on my favour.Looks like tough times are ahead for me

In house interview- I am going to hopefully the final round of interview to meet the whole legal team. I was asked about my availability, and it will take 5 hours if in one day. Should I split to multiple days? Will it cause any issues? Anyone on both sides can speak from their experience? Thanks!

Just finished my 2nd round of interviews with Deloitte for the GPS analyst position. I think they went well but I want more options in case I don’t get an offer. Exit interviews, who has access to them? ACN says it's kept within HR and if managers were to ask for them, they'll get turned away. Is that so? Can MD/leadership's from your practice see them?

GCA Questions Help

Hi everyone!
I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I've checked some of Jeff Sipe videos online but would appreciate any support! I find GCA quite stressful...

When your team director calls you out for liking crazy rich Asians, and says, “I didn’t call on you because you’re Asian....” in front of my entire team of 70 people.

My manager continues to ask me to help other teams and do work on other billable projects. I’m sick of it .. and I’m going to explicitly say that no I can’t do it because my hours are taken by the existing project we are doing. Is this appropriate?

Unreliable coworker help - There’s a coordinator on my team who assists me and the other strategists but literally every time I ask her to help with something she says yes & then waits until the last minute to tell me she wasn’t able to do it/makes up an emergency excuse. Trying to be understanding but this is getting ridiculous- she/parents/dog/boyfriend are sick (8x), forgot about another urgent project (10x), WiFi is down or power is out RIGHT when I ask for help (5x).
