What happens at RIMS? Is it worth going to?
Guys, my friend had her last working day last week and she thinks she forgot to fill her timesheet for her last 2 days before handing over the laptop. What can be the consequences of this? She is really worried about this
P.S she belongs to a back end team serving the firm internally charging time on only one code.

I mean, I wouldn’t want to work in a place with legit strict deadlines, I like to play things by ear.

I’d rate it a 10. On a scale of red flags.

I think it’s a legitimate question, but could be phrased better. Instead, I’d ask “What does it typically look like for the team to work together to meet an approaching deadline?” You’ll get a more nuanced answer that way as well.
Eh. I think OP is trying to get cute. Not about meeting deadlines but also about setting deadlines. Pushing back on timelines. Rallying the team to prioritize. It’s just passive aggressive and condescending. Not much better but ask- what do you do with an unrealistic deadline. It’s like the “sell me this pen” question. No one really does that. And if you do, you lose good people bc they won’t work for you.
Best of luck. But acknowledge that you’re question doesn’t change your company culture. And reading your last paragraph I’m not sure what type of person you want to hire. And given that, I think you might fail at answering that question. I imagine you’d blame your org. I still believe it’s a throw away question.
