Holding company dynamic on pitches. Is anyone else amazed at how many people offer to be senior review for a pitch within 1 hour, but getting teams assigned to do the actual pitch work takes days? Losing my mind.

My question is: should I be honest about why I’m looking for a new job? Is it wrong to not share this info during my interviews? Is this situation going to affect my interview process somehow? Has your company stated anything about training in-person employees to better work with and include remote team members as your company goes back to having some employees in office? Mine says they will but I’ll still a little worried.
