Hello Folks,
My current CTC is 16L (13L Fixed) in Accenture and working as CL10 and WFH.
I got an offer from PWC AC Bangalore is 21L fixed and WFH with joining date 15th Dec.
Now I got a promotional offer from Accenture of 16.6L fixed (with 25% hike) to CL9 which will be effective from 1st Dec.
They are asking me to retain.
Could any one please suggest me the better option? My yoe is 7 years.

So- we run Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) for our clients display ads in a feed and corresponding google sheet via Google DoubleClick. My q is- does anyone know what systems out there allow for creating a template that will automatically pull a product image from say Target.com and automatically building the ad & copy without manually making 1000 ads via row for row in the google sheet? I know this is possible but curious if Sizmek or Flashtalking are more common in this type of creative development.

No plans yet, just hanging out with the family at home. We try not to do too much on the holidays, just spend it together. My best advice for coming back to work after a break is setting yourself up for success. Don't leave a bunch of work for your future self, so much that you hate coming back. A nice, clean slate and an empty calendar are the best gifts to your future self after a holiday.
Great advice!! Thank you and hope you have a great weekend
We'll be going to a cookout tomorrow, depending on the weather. If it's rained out, I'll be honest, I wouldn't mind a quiet day off to catch up on reading. Which is my idea of a fun day. As for coming back after a break, I assume on Monday I probably will have mostly forgotten that I had Friday off. So it'll just be another Monday.
Sounds amazing!! Haha true about Monday

Splash pad with my toddlers! Fireworks!
Advice on coming back…grab a sheet of paper and do a brain dump. Then make a task list. Then pick 1 time you can do in the first ten minutes of your day. It could be as simple as sending an email or scheduling a meeting. This will help you building momentum into your day.
Cute!! And great advice thank you I will try it
Same to you! I'm going to my parents' place for our annual cookout later. Fireworks after that. My best advice for starting strong after a break is finishing the same way. I try to get ahead as much as possible so there isn't a ton to do my first day back. It makes easing back into the flow of a normal work week feel much more manageable.
Sounds so fun! Thanks for the advice!! Will try
