How appraisals look like in Carelon/Legato, I heard they only provide 4-5%. Does Carelon Rx projects have higher appraisals?

Hi fishes, I am currently highly underpaid and already received an offer of 15 lpa but was looking for 20+ from Capgemini life sciences consulting. But they are saying they cannot give 100% hike as current market standards are 30%. Is it possible to get around my expectations 20-25 lpa as I have overall 7.5 yoe in pharma consulting. Can anybody help me with some referrals as it's Little urgent since I am already serving NP.
