How are forecasting roles (think ph2 to pre-launch) perceived in industry? My goal would be to have good WLB with the chance to move up to maybe vp level one day

Also interviewing for corp strategy and corp dev roles but seems like wlb would be meaningfully worse in those roles. Is a lateral move to one of these roles doable from forecasting?
