Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group is too slow. For anything you wanna do inside the organization, 12 months of tenure is required. Even for promotions its the same no matter hoew exceptionally you perform.
Whereas Bain & Company has no such minimum tenure requirement. My colleague got promoted in 4th months of joining right out of college.
Give me 1 reason why I should accept the offer from BCG?

The small companies are picky as they don't have too much of resources to train unless you've a background or some exp etc.
Do MCA full-time. Then u will eligible for it.
Best and effective way to do MCA.
But she is bsc in botany. So she can't do msc in it. Better go for MCA.i have seen many people who have done bsc and ba then did MCA and now working in it industry
Try to get her into a company with some non-technical roles with some contacts.Later after one year experince move her into service based companies like TCS.
