Best ways to plan exit - any suggestions?
Hi Infosys guys, I have cleared one technical interview and got email for further round which is planned for tomorrow. Email mentions that this is a telephonic interview, is this supposed to be an HR round discussing salary or another tech round.

Which one to choose between Optum and Tiger Analytics for Data Scientist position? Where can I expect better data science domain expertise (In my previous companies I found very less understanding of Data Science practices as team)? Heared good things about both of these. Also hearing Tiger is expanding rapidly and getting some crap projects as well in the name of data science. Could someone put light on these things?

Lol - that is enough for me
You should of course do what’s best for you but may have to accept burning a bridge or two. I once referred a candidate to a different company to help out a hiring manager who I was close with in a previous job. The candidate accepted and the hiring manager was so excited about them and appreciative of my recommendation. The candidate withdrew for a better offer, and of course they are blacklisted at that company, but also I felt it damaged my reputation and I would never refer them anywhere again.
Yep I will most likely burn that bridge, if I sign elsewhere. Luckily no one referred me. I just applied so only reputation hurt would be my own. However the reasons I would accept another offer are hardline stance of ‘no’ they won’t budge on, that I am currently being told ‘yes’ to in my other interviews.. so I’d hope they understand if it comes to that.

Heard that - like the team but ya solid point haha
Not if it creates resentment at your current place. In that case you start bringing everyone else down too. So it’s best to take the best offer available for you any time you’re aware.
Some companies black list applicants who have reneged from the offer. But some companies don't mind because they have more problems than wasting it on an applicant who refused to work with them.
