I agree with Citi 1 and BDO - administrative assistants usually make the bare minimum due to the assumption that you only have a certain amount of years of experience and you haven't supported C-level Execs

My advice is to become a personal assistant or start your own personal assistant business. Virtual administration, that way you can set your own price per hour/client and have control over your own destiny.

I am very interested in positions in the medical field

Moving into an higher position is a great idea and very ambitious. That doesn't change the fact that Administrative Assistants and most support staff are grossly underpaid. The salary difference between those we work extremely hard for is not even right!

Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.

What do you think?
