Was scheduled for an interview today for a Director pos. early morning I get a Reschedule request to next Wednesday but I cannot make it due to personal commitment .
Called recuit mgr.to let him know and he tells me the director is very busy as she’s the IT. Dir for the whole org.politely asked him to send her availability other than next Haven’t received anything since then . Wondering if such co. Is worth pursuing that doesn’t value others time and that too a replacement pos for the same busy role 🥹

What should my requested salary be for a Senior Intelligence Analyst position with CrowdStrike ? I have a bachelors degree and 5 years of experience as an intelligence analyst. Current salary is 56k in NC, but when I was in DC I was making 86k (big locality change)… which makes me confused on what I should expect for a remote job.

It's possible in tcs, If we learn and work towards that. We just need to talk to our manager, RMG and HR and then move ahead.
But not sure about other companies, particularly one of my relative has worked as a manual tester in Infosys said like, it's hard to get a release than resignation.
Just work in that role initially, then later move to DBA internally after 3 to 6months or talk to the RMG person if you're placed in bench.

If you are not assigned to any project then you have to go through rmg. Who will take your skillset and will try to align interview with respective projects.
So here is a catch if you want any other role then the one you interviewed just tell rmg the skillset and tell him/her to provide project with that skillset.
Two of my friends did this like they got selected as java developer and when it comes to project allocation they told rmg that they want project in data science and now project interview will take place if you qualified you will be working on that.
So if you are good at anything else and no project already assigned then you can try this
