How can we improve communication channels and strategies across project teams, including owners, contractors, and subcontractors, to reduce delays caused by misunderstandings or misinformation?
Currently using Procore and weekly OAC, Subcontractor, and Safety meetings. A typical and traditional approach.

As anyone in restaurants knows, the work is ~80 hours a week and often making less on salary than your own tipped-wage employees. I have experience with training, team building, HR, financial analytics, client needs, communications and so much more. Any advice on how to handle an ECD in charge of your salary who says the only way to get a promotion or even a COL raise of any kind is through winning an award? Not consistently reliable and solid performance. Not keeping the client happy and profitable. “You either win an award, or all ya get is to keep your job.”
And yes, I’m aware leaving is always an option, but eager for any other advice how to navigate.

We average 50hours a week for most of the year and worked 60+hours through the summer and fall working essentially every Saturday. For base salary what would be a good raise for 2022 with inflation & work load?

I quit my previous job approximately 5-6 months ago due to toxic culture and being pressured to commit fraud… I fear hiring managers see that I’ve been out of work for this time and may assume I was fired or laid off.
