How do people get on these “Creatives to Watch” lists?

I work for ERC department and assist north america employees..it's been like 17months now and within ERC i have also done Ticketing and HR cases...
I am not sure how many of you know what ERC is ..

I am tired of doing this now and want to try for IJP or atleast some other company..

Can you all refer to the positions i can apply with the experience of ERC?? This can be within Amazon or any other company..

For the people who earned the SHRM-CP, did you feel it was worth it? I have an indirect HR position, been applying for more HR focused positions and wondering if this would help. I have an associate's degree in graphic design and work designing wedding stationery. I've been at my company since 2016, and am now a design consultant - speaking to customers directly and creating custom artwork and designs for them. I know I'm underpaid (50k/year in the SF Bay Area) but I thought the benefits and stability were worth it.
