How do we work to dispel the myth that millenials are nothing but oversensitive entitled brats?

Came here to say this.

Publicize the fact that Millenials were born between 1980 and 1996 and should not be blamed for any problems boomers may have with current teenagers and college students.

I think it’s sometimes forgotten what a vastly different world we grew up in than kids born just a few years later

Don’t worry about it. Ragging on younger generations is apparently an age old pastime. We’ll probably do it one day as well.

Me too. Isn’t it great?

Prove them wrong. It's shocking how many millennials fail to do that and reenforce the stereotype. If there is a recession and widespread layoffs due to Corona, that might help shift their perspective and come down to Earth.

Just say, OK Boomer. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I’ve been with PwC almost for a year now in the valuations group and I don’t see myself doing this long term. 90% I’m helping Audit Teams understand valuations and 10% I’m doing PPAs. I always wanted to go into more a consulting role (ops/strategy role). I also like modeling, but the current modeling I’m doing is more accounting focused rather than finding business value from synergy creation. Ideally I’d like to stick with PwC but I’d switch too. Thoughts where I should apply too?

Motions
I work in a midsize firm and we have the basic subscription to westlaw, which doesn’t include the ability to see filed briefs, motions, etc without incurring additional costs. I’m wondering if there is a service in the NJ/PA area that gives you access to previously filed motions and briefs? So if I’m drafting a summary judgment I could search the service and find a similar one. If this doesn’t exist.. I think I found the next million dollar idea lol

When did you know your firm wasn't right for you? I'm not sure if it's just the stress of being a new attorney with a family or if my job isn't the right fit. I work in civil litigation and am consistently below my billables. I can't stay late because my kids need me and I can't work on the weekends because I have to maintain my house and take care of my kids. I'm being constantly told to work harder, stay later, etc but it's not practical. Or am I not approaching this with the right mindset?

I’ve been negotiating a settlement on behalf of a client. OP is a major corp. we’ve gone back and forth for months, almost a year. Finally came to a final agreement and we’re reviewing for final signature. Then client is reviewing and decides they want something else modified. It’s a point of contention. OP has said no. Should I communicate this to client before pushing back against OP’s rejection of the mod?
