How do you cope with (Stress) too much work load from the Office and School? Is there any special thing you do to ease up? Because mine seem overwhelming. I have tried sleeping and listening to music but my mind unconsciously still takes me to work. Even when I take short naps. I see myself working so much. I think something is wrong!

I'm trying to choose between IBM Corporate Strategy and Innosight. I like both opportunities. Innosight pays more, but I've never had a big brand like IBM on my resume.
