Its possible you’re in the wrong environment. If you can, maybe start applying elsewhere.

You might have great ideas for the wrong company is all im saying.

Dont feel bad about it.

Don't stop caring. Keep putting forward work you're proud of. If you fall into the trap of a defeatist attitude it's time to move on.

Depends. Are you jealous of the ideas that are getting through?

like

Learning opportunity?
Look at which ideas are getting through and how they’re being sold through. Is there a common denominator? Something in particular the client/CD likes? Some part of the brief that your ideas aren’t quite landing on? Otherwise, trust the process and keep working until you get a winner. You’ll get there.

Pros:

- fairly decent place to work (from someone who worked with the Vancouver and San Jose offices). never met a blue badger (permanent employee) who had awful things to say.

- Ashley Goodall (their SVP, Methods & Intelligence) co-authored a brilliant book on leadership and people management called “Nine Lies About Work” that makes me believe they can be an awesome place to work

Cons:

- red badgers had low morale since they’re contract workers and can be terminated at any time

This post is an alert message for anyone joining the Johnson & Johnson EMEA account for SAP & had Rakesh Sharma for their Manager round.

He is nothing less than a con man & will promise you a lot to make you join the account. After that he will put you in testing projects. You will be left with no choice other than leaving TCS.

I know I will get hated by saying this. Do you think gay pride events are portraying a bad image about our community to public? (Drugs, sexual, inappropriate clothes, and sometimes like strip clubs- some parts). I know it is right to present us but I just feel it is not the right way to show who we are. I wish the pride where everybody can connect in a more friendly way (outdoor game- team work, dance, drink something not too sexual.) there are some good parts of pride tho. Any opinions?
