Are there any mothers here who voluntarily gave primary custody to the kids father? I love my children fiercely but tbh I don’t think I’m cut out to be a single parent. Family and friends tell me I’m a great mom but at the end of the day having them on my own is exhausting and I end up just either letting them do whatever they want Bc I don’t feel strong enough to set a limit about it, or yelling at them. I was recently informed by a teacher's aid that another teacher in my school thinks that I 'Do Nothing' as an art teacher, and went so far as to spy on me outside my classroom to reinforce her opinion. Obviously she is wrong and completely ignorant of what happens in my art class every day. I am not the confrontational type, but I feel like I need to address this. Any advice?

Consistently one of the hardest parts of my job at every agency I’ve worked has been reaching creative directors to get things approved. Remote work has made this even more challenging, when we’re running out of time to make edits before an internal review because we can’t get feedback when we need it. Does anyone have any solves for this? FWIW, my creative directors are thoughtful, great people, just exceptionally busy.
