How do you feel about citizen vigilantes? I appreciate the help they try to provide, but in all honesty, most times I feel like they're just making our job more complicated.

Anyone here have comorbid anxiety and/or depression? How did you know, and how do you manage it now? I think I might be struggling with one or both and I’m trying to figure out how to proceed. Not currently seeing a therapist or medicated, managing based on strategies I learned from an ADHD coach back in college, so at minimum I would need to find a provider, which has been a barrier (cost-wise, finding someone with experience with ADHD, etc.)

I saw a video of a Canadian cop face-slamming a woman against a concrete floor. He is now being investigated. Stuff like this makes me so anxious! Does anyone else worry a lot about people in this industry misusing their power?
