How do you guys respond when people ask you what you do for a living? Most people's eyes glaze over when I say my job title. So, I keep my explanations brief.

I have been approached by 3 separate HR people at a startup company to interview for a position. I already have a fulltime job that pays well and I only started 6 months ago too. At the last interview, at the end I was told the job was for management but I prepared for a different kind of interview. I am waiting for an offer or rejection letter.
