Speak up in meetings – Ask questions, suggest ideas
Volunteer for tasks – Don’t wait to be assigned. Offer to take the lead or help out
Follow up proactively – If something seems stuck or unclear, check in and move it forward
Look for gaps – Spot something that’s missing or could be better? Flag it and suggest how you could help improve it.
Keep teammates updated – Share progress regularly so others see you’re driving things.
Ask for stretch work – Let your lead know you’re open to trying something outside your usual role.
Be prepared – Come to meetings with notes, ideas, or questions. It shows you care and you’re thinking ahead.

If you’re asked to do something, don’t just do it. Do it, then interpret it or suggest best next steps.
Example: could you run me a report of XYZ for past 6 months.
1) Do that.
2) Then summarize it. Make it useful. Call out key insights/learnings or possible actions based on that report/info.
