Tell them by quitting
Coach
Yep! Tell them all about themselves in the exit interview. May not make a difference though. It’s pretty impossible to get through to people who think their shit doesn’t stink.

They probably won't listen anyway so I feel like it's not worth your breath.
This is where I’m at. Agency has told themselves for decades that they are the best. They are quickly finding out not so much. Especially in today’s market.
There are no meaningful changes that will make the toxic culture better. We have the opportunity with a change in top leadership, but everyone prefers the status quo and wants the flunky who was groomed to take over vs a fresh set of eyes and ideas.
It’s exhausting.
In a previous job we were told not to ask questions or to make comments in leadership meetings. Those meetings were not for us. We could ask questions and make comments to our direct leaders and they would relate what was important and relevant. We were told that it was more efficient that way. Unfortunately I did speak up and I was retaliated against from my direct 2 managers. I had other managers telling me to change jobs by getting out of that department or leaving that I deserved better. Other people in my department just accepted it as is because we were constantly told that we are lucky to have a job. I have left now and my new manager is awesome and has made note that I have ptsd from my last job. I had stayed there 6 years. Don’t make my mistake and make sure you stand up for yourself but also leave as quickly as you can. Toxic environments will hold you back in so many ways
How large is the company?
150-200 employees. Change shouldn’t be that difficult. But they are very stuck in the “that’s how we’ve always done it” mentality.
Upper leadership benefits from how things are currently being done so there is little desire to make any type of meaningful change.
Are there employee satisfaction surveys?
