How do your companies deal with terminating people? We have multiple bad eggs in our office and HR refuses to let them go no matter what the OMP says. People sit unassigned for up to a year just collecting a paycheck. It’s destroying our office culture.

I’m in SF but nervous to officially come out to my friends even though I’m sure they all know/assume anyway. :(
