Btw, out of curiousity, I looked this guy up. Turns out he authored the material he's linking to, shared it on LinkedIn, and then shared it with like 30+ different LinkedIn groups related to various industries.
He also turned off comments on all of them.
I've seen similar rubbish. You have a few choices:
1. Report it to group admins as off-topic.
2. Use the function that labels it as "irrelevant" or "not interesting" to you.
3. Leave the group.
Whatever you do, refrain from engaging with it, or your feed will get clogged with more of the same.

Well, if it doesn't violate any of their guidelines, then there's something wrong with the guidelines. I thought this group was about having respect for each other? A place for people legitimately looking for advice about work, interviews, being laid off, etc. etc.
