How does an Exec VP compare to Deloitte partner? I choose to believe the comp to be in $1M range as shown in attached Glassdoor report but then there is another Glassdoor report from 5 EVPs which shows comp to be under $400K. Recently, a SaaS client (1k employees) that hired my old consulting firm reached out to me about a job opening - Lead BA working primarily to implement their benefit admin system for insurance companies. My current TC is 95k. Is it worth making the jump if the offer is north of 110k? Anything I should look out for? The client and coworkers were all nice, but I remember being stressed on the project due to limited resources.
