Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

You really need to know that nobody is watching you.like not a soul. Use the phone as your crutch the first few times. If you need to then just keep thinking to yourself that your waiting for someone. And then slowly you'll be able to go alone without any other distraction

If you're at a chain restaurant, sit at the bar.

@ATK1 I think there's something more deep rooted in OP's fear. Everyone has this in one shape or another. Don't be so quick to judge.
As a very happy father and dad, there are times where nothing makes brings the peace and serenity of a meal or movie by myself.

I thought I'd never do that and now I'm so used to it l, it's second nature.
Sit at the bar .. talk to people at the bar.. you might get lucky or meet some interesting people..
I do it all the time. Eat whatever the hell you want and catch up on your social media. Sometimes I want to get away from my team and have a drink at the bar by myself. It's great and I actually look forward to this down time.
