Dm for BDO referral 😆
If under review then you still have a chance. Mine was under review and now says no longer under process. I think they are having budget issues. Keep looking other places to be on safe side. Good luck
mine was pretty fast. i applied with linkedIn and got an offer less than a week later. all interviews were done on the same day, which was like 2 days after i submitted applications and verbal offer the next day and actual written offer finalized like 2 days later.
the role is still open. i just saw it being reposted earlier this week since i turned it down.
Interviewed at both a couple years ago as an experienced hire. For me Deloitte went smoother but both went well (less than 1 month from applying to offers). I had internal referrals for both places. The recruiter is the first yay or nah I would imagine. After the screening call they probably then talk to the partners.
The speed of the interview process is dependent on factors like availability of the recruiter and the team members who are likely to be interviewing you, your availability, and other considerations. The people interviewing you are working you into their client service schedules, and the recruiter is trying to coordinate all of it when the most people can be available to interview you. If people are especially busy, it can take longer to get everyone together at once so the process can take longer. Also, you're likely competing for the role with others, so the interview schedule takes into account who can be available for the slate of candidates.
How badly they need to fill the role plays a role too.
So, the best consulting answer to your question is "it depends."
