So, my question is, should I use my old 401K amount to just pay off my debt, taking the 10% hit in penalties, or should I roll it over to my new employers 401K?

I'm thinking of moving from large cap tech to large cap consultancy firm to help build the resume and round out my experience. I enjoy and do well in licensing, but I'm fairly young in my career (<6 years) and received a great offer to make the move.
