It depends on your priorities? IMO spend a few years grinding and then reevaluate. Gives you more options than than the alternative
Remember, very few of the seniors in consulting, successful c suite members, or textbook level investors “prioritized WLB in their 20s” if you want the lifestyle you must grind.
Rising Star
Very important because it will forever impact your health and wellbeing going forward. No job, no matter what it pays, is worth giving up your health and happiness. Those who work 24/7, even for a few years to make a lot of money, are always miserable and wish they took a step back instead.
Remember, TIME NOT MONEY, is the most valuable resource. Use it wisely.

Work hard but remember to take breaks and play hard too. Money will come in your 30s but you will never get your youth, energy, carefree lifestyle of your 20s back. You will have a house and family responsibilities. Enjoy as much of your 20s as you can!
It wasn’t to me bc I was entry level and never took work home. I had time for my life.
Worked my ass off in my early / mid 20s then switched to a career more market hour focused vs late nights as an analyst updating excel and ppt sheets. Happy I grinded to now be in my 30s with great wlb and high comp. It depends on what your goals are
