How does search work at McKinsey? If it’s up to x weeks paid to find a job, how will they know if I’ve already accepted an offer? I’m trying to strategically declare search so I can have a backup offer and use my time to find something better, but I want to make sure that I don’t get in trouble lol. At the donor egg phase and just not dealing with it well. Having all kinds of regrets if I tried hard enough. Maybe should have ate better, tried all these different things. Did I do IVF too quickly? Some say IVF makes your eggs worse. Is this true???

Had my first egg retrieval a few weeks ago. Still trying to comprehend what happened. All my ultrasounds and blood work came back perfect. In the end, I had 30 follicles and they were only able to retrieve 3 eggs. Our embryologist said my egg quality was very poor and one had been dead for a long time. None of my tests ever indicated any issues. I have tested my egg reserve twice and everything came back normal. Any thoughts/advice? I’m really at a loss for words.
