How is the WLB, annual hike, work culture in MasterCard?

Why do leaders keep comparing how “good”the new staff/seniors have it because they make more money starting out then they did and working 55 hours is better than the 70-80 hours they used to work? Instead they should compare what options they have available to them and what their goals are.

Please don't ignore and kindly suggest which company I should join JP Morgan or TIAA (mumbai both) in terms of
1. Work culture, work life balance
2. Compensation
3. Growth

I'm realizing I don't really have any "healthy" ways of relaxing outside of work, so drop whatever you got. It's starting to affect my personal life and I'm worried I won't be able to have healthy relationships unless I can take care of myself first.

What do you do when you have so much work on your plate and so much pressure that it paralyzes you? A lot of mornings I work at a slower pace because I’m so overwhelmed.

Anyone else work in the service industry growing up?
